We here at Massey & Massey have been watching the Sabal Palm Plaza building, located right next to Michael Saunders & Company’s Commercial Division building on Ringling Boulevard, unfold from the front row seats of our office desks for a good two years now. We are proud to see another fine addition to Downtown Sarasota’s skyline reach completion!

This unique and eye-catching modern four-story office building does an excellent job utilizing its oblique, triangular lot. It was designed by father Javier Suarez and son Javi of Apex-Studio Suarez, developed by Dr. Mark Kauffman, and built by Gilbane Building Company. Sabal Palm Bank is the building’s flagship tenant, occupying the ground floor with a branch office and the second floor with a corporate office. Gilbane has occupied the third floor. The top floor is currently available for lease.
