Massey & Massey continues to close deals!

Maurice Opstal of Stellar Development, Inc. has purchased the two buildings located at 59 Sarasota Center Blvd. from Janet Gigante for $550,000. One building is a two-story 5,184 SF office building with 13 offices, reception, several bathrooms, and lots of storage. The second building is a 2,399 SF warehouse with a large overhead door and tall ceilings. The site has lots of open space for parking or storage and great visibility. The property will serve as the new headquarters for Stellar Development.
