Mary E. Carr has purchased Suite 203 at Bay Street Town Center, located at 3983 Destination Drive, from Bay Street Partners, LLC for $98,000. Suite 203 includes 958 SF of north-facing second floor office space. The suite is currently in shell condition and is ready for renovation. Carr plans to open an acupuncture clinic in the suite, which will enjoy a daily average traffic count of +/- 40,000 vehicles.
