CZ Ventures, LLC has purchased the industrial property located at 2100 20th St. from Griz II, LLC for $260,000. This 2,636/SF building features two large bay doors, open work space, office area, small retail area, three phase power, and separate but attached storage/tool shed/work space. The property is located on the corner of 20th St. and East Ave, just east of 301.
