StrataPT, LLC has purchased Suites 204 and 205 of Bay Street Town Center, located at 3983 Destination Drive in Osprey, Florida, from Bay Street Partners, LLC for $255,000. Bay Street Town Center is a well-located mixed-use retail/office development, where the daily traffic count averages 40,000 vehicles. Suite 204 consists of 1,436 SF and 205 consists of 1,114 SF of office space. StrataPT will be relocating their corporate headquarters to this location.
