Massey & Massey continues to close deals!

Vivstar Properties, LLC has purchased Suite 201 of Baystreet Town Center, located at 3983 Destination Drive in Osprey, Florida, from Baystreet Partners, LLC for $105,000. Bay Street Town Center is a well-located mixed-use retail/office development, where the daily traffic count averages 40,000 vehicles. Suite 201 comprises of 1,000 square feet of second floor office space in shell state facing west and overlooking Tamiami Trail. There is now one remaining developer office suite remaining in Baystreet Town Center.
